i was walkin home from basketball and this guy was playing a song in his garage and i stopped to listen um this doesnt help you at all but um lol

the only lyrics i know are "im feeling a little seasick" or somethin along those lines, it is a slow song probably blues or jazz

The only song that comes to mind is by a 60's group called Procol Harum. It was a song John Lennon loved. It's called A Whiter Shade of Pale:

Doing a simple Yahoo search for the lyrics brought up a few hits, one for a U2 song called 'That Velvet Dress'. you said it was more blues/jazz but if you only got a second of the song, then it may have just sounded that way for that moment. I'd take a listen to the U2 song as well just in case.
