What song to sing for a talent audition?

nothing broadway.... just something down to earth??

I'm no soprano.... I have a small girl voice nothing rough or butch..lol.... but I'm an alto. I have talent..been singing since the day I said goo-goo-ga-ga!lol..

I just need some cool kinda girly songs... by this saturday which means I need at least a day in advanced to practice!...

How many songs can you sing?  You should sing songs that A) fit your voice B) fit your age C) fit the setting (don't sing heavy metal if the talent show is at your grandma's retiremeny home) D) songs that you KNOW.  If you're singing more than one song, sing something slow and something fast.  Sing one about love, then one about...I dunno...rainbows or something.   Just so they aren't the same.
