    It's from the soundtrack of the movie "Rudy" composed by Jerry Goldsmith. The theme plays under two of the soundtrack's song titles, "Take Us Out" and "Waiting."

  11. I found it!  It was off the "Rudy" Soundtrack.  It's by Jerry Goldsmith.  The name of the song is "Take Us Out" and a slower version is "Waiting."  I'll try to find a link.
