What sort of classes do you have to take to get a journalism degree?

Hi, I think it depends on which school you end up going to, but in general you're going to have to take some media style and editing classes, join the school newspaper, and take lots of classes about ethics/issues in journalism. Here's the course layout for the program I'm in:
