  1. Filler, I'm not sure how newspaper work inside their offices. However, censorship can be waged to a degree. Technically newspaper can report anything they want as long as it is true or sounds true. Deadlines are probably very common given that there are several other publishers competing with one another, the first to print and sell the current top-story is the one that usually gets more popularity and sales. Deadlines must be important to them I guess, sorry if this isn't explicit enough.
