My understanding is that they have problem with capitalism. Or am I mistaken and it is international capitalism that they have the problem with?

  1. Capitalism in the Middle East?  Muahahahahahahahahah

Dictators don't like capitalism. They prefer to dictate prices and the lives of their subjects.

  2. Although Islam forbids collection interest on loans it has little effect on the economy because the financial system  was  set up by western colonial powers.  The economy is a mix of traditional economy and capitalism with strong socialist influences in some of them. The oil rich countries       have governments supported by oil revenues and an economic ruling class that controls the oil.

  3. Like, bad economic systems.
