French fries and gravy "Acctually pretty good", know what loony's and toonies are. 1 and 2 dollar coins. "they looked at me like i was stupid when I was paying for something." Dont order a light beer, or well they like strong beer. I drove the trans Canadian highway and I think the nicest Canadians were from British Columbia, and Ontario "other than the french Canadians".

When you are sitting at home and there are others there, always ask if anyone wants anything  if you get up to use the washroom or get a drink.  TAKE OFF YOUR SHOES!  Things are pretty laid back as someone else mentioned. If you cheers someone you must take a drink right after( though this is a rule  in many places there are reasons for it, and is a trust thing)

They have about the same etiquette standards as in the U.S., except for that annoying "Eh?" that they tack onto the end of just about every single sentence they say. It's enough to drive ya bonkers. The other thing is those Québécois cuss funny. They like swear on the church and say stuff like "Sacrament" and "Tabernacle", which to us doesn't sound too nasty, but the way they emphasize it, you can tell they're cussin' up a storm! Other than that, they are pretty cool people, I think.
