What sort of exercise and diet do i need to be a great martial Artist?

I want to become the best at my martial art and i want to know if there are any ways i can get to the most fittest level possible.

    150 seat ups- 3 sets.

    stretching.

    30 minutes jogging.

    and a complete rest......

  6. it all depends on which style you prefer... but in general id say any exercise that enhances your agility and flexibility,,, like tyre runs and intense streches before exercising
