What sort of fish should i get?

someone is giving me a fish tank, its fresh water and theres just one angel fish, two other fish which are black and orange tips on their tails, they sort of have cat looking faces and some other white fish, and there are about 4 yabbies, i'd like to add more fish, which ones would be good to add and can i also add snails?

it would help if i knew how big the aquarium was but snails would be fine in that aquarium...guarmi's tend to be nice but you need to research the one you get cause come can get to a decent size

i'd say to ask people in the pet store but also remeber that you should have about 1 gallon per 1-2inches of fish as a general rule.. but if you still have room i'd say some Platys  or mabye mollys both very easy,not to picky type fish that even give live bith(you get these cute little babye fish aww!)  but they are also non aggresive to other fish not to mention come in all shapes and colors(most being 1-2 inches long)

you could also try some kind of tetras .. also im not sure about snails but i know freshwater shrimp are good,fun to watch, and help keep the tank clean.. well hope that helps!

yes you can add snails. but make sher they are fresh water snails. I have a pond out side and I have all sorts of fish out there and I would request koi they are beautiful.
