  1. GORILIA  GLUE===WORKS EVERY WHERE,,DONT PUT TOO MUCH ON THEM,,,CAUSE THE GLUE EXPANDS  WHEN DRY

I agree with Titebond II I used Gorilla Glue when it first came out and dont get me wrong Its good stuff..But in addition to the expansion thing that stuff is just plain ole nasty if you get it anywhere you dont want it.Cleanup is extremely hard.Whereas Titebond II can just be wiped up with a wet paper towel

  3. Epoxy would be my first choice.  Resorcinol is another good choice, though not one I use.

  4. I made a wooden swim platform for my boat and used Elmer's Water Proof Glue for wood.  It was still holding when I sold the boat 7 or 8 years later.  It comes in two parts that you mix so it may be a little more trouble than the new glues on the market.  Good luck.

  5. I use Titebond II on everything, it's both water proof an does not expand like Gorilla glue. I have been in the business for 47 years.
