What sort of haircut should I get today? Help - don't want to look dumb!!?

Question

My hair is a little longer than the pics - just down past my sholders. I don't really want anything too short but I want something more styled. Maybe even a little funky. What do you think? Example pictures would be VERY helpful.

This is my hair all curly. My hair has a bit of natural curl but it's so thick that it is usually strait.

i am definitely lovin' the pix emmy put up, especially the one of Rose. That would look gorgeous on u. Havin' the edges all wispy and layered would be great!!=)

I wouldn't go much shorter than you have in the pics, as your face is round (like mine) and when you go too short, your face will appear too round.  Long bobs are in right now. Something like what Reese Witherspoon has would look GREAT on you.

You can go a bit shorter with some razored edges like the second photo below. You can wear it with your waves or also flat iron it and put some styling wax in it for the same piecy look in the photo.

Also, if you are nervious about the length, tell them to start longer and cut an inch off at a time.

It a lovely colour but don't get it cut too short, and some layers would defo look nice!!
