    The number of capsules (if there are pills)

    Directions (for adults and children generally 12 years and older)

    Other information (i.e. at what temperature to store the medicine; protect from light)

    Active ingredients

    The company that makes the product

  3. If you're referring to OTCs, why don't you look at one and see for yourself?

    If you're referring to prescription vials & bottles, the pharmacy name, address & phone number, the prescription date and number, the name of the ordering physician, the patient's name, the name of the med, the dosage strength, manufacturers name, discard date, the dosing instructions, generic name if any, number of refills (may be a zero) and warning label/refrigerate label/shake well label.

    Potential adverse reactions and full cautions are on a separate sheet that is given along with the vial.
