Hello, tommorow i am taking part in a year 9 rounders tournament and i was wondering what sort of lunch to take to ensure i have lots of energy in order to run at my full potential.Does anybody have any advice on what i should take?I already have got 2 lucozade sport and 2 bottles of water but i have no idea what to take food-wise. If you could give me any advice i would be very greatful. And it is tommorow so please hurry. Thank you x
