What sort of lunch should i take to a sports tournament so i have lots of energy to keep me going?

Hello, tommorow i am taking part in a year 9 rounders tournament and i was wondering what sort of lunch to take to ensure i have lots of energy in order to run at my full potential.

Does anybody have any advice on what i should take?

I already have got 2 lucozade sport and 2 bottles of water but i have no idea what to take food-wise.

If you could give me any advice i would be very greatful. And it is tommorow so please hurry. Thank you x

  1. PB&J sandwich, banana and some raw vegetables like carrots or celery sticks or an apple


  2. Well,like you said plenty of water but for food I would say granola bars,fruit (not fruit snacks they give cramps), and vegetables like baby carrots or celery with peanut butter.
