  1. No it's different to the one used in mainland Europe. We use a 2 pin plug, ,the same as that of Britain and Northern Ireland.

  2. hi you

here in Ireland we use the same as the UK the 3 pin plug and were 240 to 250 volts if your living in the U.S.A.  you will need what is suitable for the UK if your from the UK your fine

  3. The same as Britain[ Three Pin  240 - 250 Watt ] so bring an Adapter if your Shaver is Continental Plug.

  4. Same as UK 240-250volts three prongs NOT SAME AS AMERICA!!! Im leaving on Sunday myself to Ireland and cant wait

  5. Same as the UK, just buy a pack of the basic European converter plugs at any travel store, there will be a UK one in there  - they also have the individual (UK) ones for sale at international airport shops, and in tourist/travel shops in Dublin.

Your continental plugs will not work. I wound up buying some computer charger plugs in Dublin last time - the prices are normal, not too high. It will be easy to find what you need.

  6. Same as Britain.

  7. Three-pin with square plug and pins for Ireland, but you'll need a two-pin adaptor for mainland Europe.

  8. Yes all the same as the UK.
