What sort of moving tax credits are there?

How do i apply for a moving tax credit, i will be moving from Ontario to Saskatchewan

If you are moving because of a job or school, then all the moving expenses not covered by your new employer are covered.  Including meals during the trip, hotel rooms. etc etc
