What sort of prices are likely for food and drink in Palma Nova in Mallorca?

I'm going to Palma Nova next week and am trying to work out how much money to take for 1 week so I'm would like to know a rough idea of food and drink prices around the area.

I'm going to Magaluf next week been a few times in last couple of years if there was just me and spends were only for food and drink i'd take about £250 and i'd probably come back with some. i'm taking 800 for 2 adults 2 kids for a fortnight

Please note i said if it was just me which means 1 person not 2 so the answer below is just a load of waffle

It depends what and where you eat and drink.

The cheapest places are around the same price as here and slightly more expensive.

Someone suggested £250 for a week which I don't think is nearly enough I think you need double that for 2 people- £250 pp maybe but not for 2 to eat drink and have a great time is just not enough.

If you're going HB and you drink alcohol I'd say around £75 per day for lunch, drinks and incidentals.

If it's SC I'd budget around £100 a day for 2 people including drinks and incidentals.

£250 is way too little unless you buy chreap cheap, don't go out in the evening to restuarants pubs and clubs and you've no intention of treating yourself to anything at all including the odd trip.

Best to take too much and bring home some than to take too little and have a miserable time.

not knowing where you are from, difficult to make comparison.  was there about 10 days ago and everything is expensive there.  about twice what one would expect to pay in the us

id take about £250    and can i recomend you go to a place called the stadium..great night out.great fun  really enjoyed myself  when i went there...have a good holiday
