  1. Not long enough I fear.

  2. Life one would hope.

  3. It would depend on the Judge and the case made by tricky dicky defence lawyers.  Given the age, some account would be made for the amount involved (are we referring to serious drug dealing or just selling on small amounts to pay for the user's own addiction ?).

1st offence - aged 18 - a lenient judge might prefer to avoid a custodial sentence since prisons are more or less Crime Universities - and a lot of drug abuse goes on therein.

But if we're referring to a cocky youngster who thinks he/she is above the law - a 3 year sentence , as mentioned above, might be deemed appropriate.

Likelihood is it will be 1 year - suspended for 2 years - enforced if he/she re-offends within that period - and subject to probation and under-going rehab.

(Re-offence could well increase the prison term to 3, 5, 7 years - which isn't what anyone would want at that sort of age).

  4. A very lengthy one I hope.

  5. the maximum sentence even on first conviction is life imprisonment, even if they dont get that they deserve whatever they do get

  6. The sentence would be "Stop being an idiot and get a job like everyone else you junkie plonker" Is that a long enough sentence..lol

  7. It should carry the same sentence that the person gave to the people on crack cocain and heroin.

The person is dealing in death and should go down for at least 10-years & if you had some sense you would leave them well alone. It must be noted that to get to prison for driving offences, they must have been regular or pretty spectacular!

Get the person off the streets, and we can all be a little safer.

  8. it should be life get this scum off the streets

  9. At least three years.

  10. this sentence"You lucky lucky b*****d"
