  1. Analyst:

    1. Best: Top IVY league or business school. Harvard, Yale, NYU, Columbia, Wharton education. MBA in finance, econ +.

    2. CFA level II, III

    Broker:

    3. As a broker all you need as a college degree, but even that is not mandatory.

    Keep in mind that brokers are not analysts; and analysts are not brokers. One is a sales job (broker), the other interprets data (analyst).

    There is always demand for talented hard working people who produce results.
