You have to be a very observant person, because you have to answer a bunch of questions, like:

Did the phone ring a certain amount of times?

Did they show you your pizza purchase when you came to p/u?

Was it ready when promised?

You may be asked to take a picture of take-out.

at a gas station mystery shop, you may be asked to purchase gas & purchase something in the store...
