What sort of things can a 13 year old someone do in and around Northwood (north london)?

Right, firstly,  let's start with Northwood not being in North London; it's in Middlesex (we'll get that out of the way first)

Secondly, Football clubs;  Barnet, Watford,Luton,Stevenage borough, (Blue square).

Then if mummy and daddy feel like a trip to London, go to the land of football........The emirates..............Football starts and ends in London.

Thirdly, i'm sure they must have childrens clubs in middlesex, just google it.

goto your local library for some reading. and why the h**l you want to club at 13 years old..............................
