What sort of warning labels are on treadmills?

I'm doing a debate in school and need to prove that treadmills are safe enough and have enough safety labels, warnings, and features. Any info will help.

I see two labels on mine,    one to "mount and dismount only when stopped",   and one "always use safety tether".
