  1. Dolby surround sound

  2. I was once a part of a contractor, installing movie theater sound system. There was a cinema package from Kenwood. Base on the internal components of the amplifier, It has 4 channels. Two ch drives 16 speaker box - 8 spkr each ch. All 16 sound boxes has one full range spkr(not sub-woofer) and a midrange. They are all rated at 4ohms, I don't recall the wattage.

While the other two channel, has transistor type amp and drives 4 woofer at 8 ohms and two horn tweeters.

It was labeled at 4,500 watts but base on the IC and transistor amp they were made of, Its only 300-500 watts coz the woofers rating is 500w @ 8 ohms.

Yes, theres a dolby system logo and it comes with a troubleshooting CD room and rolls of films with the Dolby surround commercials. We provide an alternate connections in the speakers with selector switches ready, connected to a back-up amp - Ramsa(brand). Ramsa was loud but the surround effect is realize in Kenwood.
