Question:

What soup/tea is this from Korean Cuisine?

It was served in a bowl, lightly cooled, and it tasted like apples. Very refreshing. There was only one small white thing floating in it, otherwise it looked like amber broth.

Please tell me the name.

  1. Try this link since : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Korean_tea .It lists a wide variety of teas commonly served in Korea. I read of some sweet teas mentioned, like Sujeonggwa, which has persimmons, ginger and cinnamon. Hope it helps :)
