  1. Try Restaurant Spain's website (not sure if it works) however if it does, their menu will give you a great overview of authentic Spanish cuisine.  They're known for paella and the Spanish tortilla (not to be confused with the flour or corn tortillas at a Mexican restaurant); and tapas (small appetizer type dishes)

    Amada (amadarestaurant(dot)com - spanish tapas)

    Cuba Libre (cubalibrerestaurant(dot)com - cuban)

    El Vez (elvezrestaurant(dot)com - mexican/southwestern)

Alma De Cuba (almadecubarestaurant(dot)com - cuban)

  4. where are you staying at?

    Mojitos

    Cuban Cafe

    Yuca

    Cha Cha

    La Carreta

  5. in Spain they have:

paella-rice with seafood, chunks of lean pork loin, some chicken, peas and bell pepper, saffron for color and flavor

alubias-a soup with lima beans with bacon, pork loin and some veggies

tortilla de patatas-like an omelet with potatoes and different fillings:onion,tuna,shrimps...

and for the person above me: she said Spanish.that is from Spain.she did not say:food from countries where people speak Spanish.if i say English food i mean from England, not from USA.if i say from English speaking countries then i can write about USA,Australian food and so on...
