99.9% of aftermarket speakers are going to handle more power than the 20watts rms the head unit provides so it really does not matter as long as the speakers are rated for 20watts rms or more. You should not worry about the max rms rating of the speakers because your head unit only puts out 20 watts rms per channel. It does not matter if the speakers are 50 watts rms of 150watts rms they are only going to get 20watts rms. When it comes to chosing speakers you should listen to a few brands in the store and choose what sounds best to you. Don't worry about rms unless you plan on driving them to their max with a amplifier.
