  1. go to www.crutchfield.com. their website will give you a list of what size speakers your car has and which aftermarket ones will fit. They also offer adapters to allow speakers to fit into stock wiring without cutting your wires.

  2. I'd go with Sony Xplodes.  I had some fitment issues with my 92 Accord with some other speakers (ones which, on the package, falsely claimed they'd fit my car...they were Rockford Fosgates), but the Sonys fit just fine.  They're very shallow...shallower than my stock speakers were, in fact, so you shouldn't have many issues with having to fit them into a shallow space.

They're also relatively inexpensive, and have good sound quality.

Just get them in the same size as your car's original speakers, and you won't have any problems installing them.  Depth should be the ONLY issue with fitting new speakers of the same size (width) as stock, so the shallower they are, the more likely they are to fit.

Oh, and you don't need to worry about wiring harnesses for speakers.  If you need to have a harness on them, just cut the harness off the old speakers and solder the connections onto the new ones.  Otherwise, you can connect them pretty much any way you like.  It's just (usually) two wires.)

  3. front speakers 6 1/2

    rear speakers 5 x 7
