There are three forms of the game. The best form of the game is test cricket.  This really consists if a maximun of 15 2-hour sessions. It is like a game of chess.  Who is going to win the contest? Is the bowler foing to dominate the batsmen or vice versa. This is what makes it so intriquing? How does one team attempt to dominate another?  Who will crack first? That is why it is a true test.  The skils of the players is fantastic. The best site to see is still a really fast bowler is his prime against the master batsment like tendulker, kallis, ponting.  It takes a while to get into cricket but once who hooked it is very addictive.

Someone like Sanath,Gilly or Shewag destroying a excellent bowling line up is petty good as well.

But the best was Ajantha Mendis and Murali destroying the Indian batting line up with spin.The fab four are the best against spin and M&M made them look like school boys.It was special and you were lucky if you witnessed it!

Personal duel- 2 players going head to head, both fighting for there country, both at the top of the game. Take the 1980's for example, quality all-rounders would square off in ever series (example Botham vs Hadlee) Another example is Flintoff vs Lee in the 2005 Ashes series

Noisy crowd- If the crowd is interested in the game, the atmosphere becomes electric and it makes the game compelling. The 2005 crowd for The Ashes created the best atmosphere ive ever seen in a cricket match

Good sportsmanship- Who wants to see a game where players are cheating? a friendly but fiery attitude is always best to see.

Quick scoring- Lets be honest, who wants to see a team bat at 2an over, unless its to save a test match?
