  1. Well I would see a neurologist.  It sounds like there is neurological impairment.  The other thought that crosses my mind is a blood clot.  Not sure how long you've had this and is it your left arm?  That could be heart related if so and I would go get checked out prompto.

More than likely it's neurological. Do you do repetitive work with that arm?  Lift heavy things or work in a cold environment, etc.?

The first thing they should do is check your heart with the EKG is it?  A quick 30 second test. Do get an xray but the neurologist will likely do an MRI or CT scan.

You should go to emerg where they can get you looked at prompto and rule some things out.

In the meantime try wetting and wringing out a small towel, throw it into the microwave for a minute and put it on the sore spot (neck/shoulder?) and see if that helps any.  You can also put it in a plastic bag and let the heat do its magic.

  2. Go to an ortho to start.
