What specific location is best to attract lots of customers?

I want to open a chain of restaurants in Canada and Winnipeg is my next stop.

Obviously it would depend on your demographic.  Is it a family restaurant?  Is it trendy and upscale or value-priced?

Without more information about your restaurant it's difficult to say where you're best to locate.  Generally speaking, growth in the city is strongest in the southern and the western parts of the city.  Obviously locating downtown will give you a lot of daily traffic but in the evenings unless there is a sports event or concert that night there isn't a lot of foot traffic after 5 or 6 p.m.
