  1. it would get all it needs. Insects eating insects have all they need to make the insect body. also, aphids are full of sugar from the sap. it can be measured by collecting a lot of them and mashing them up and doing the same experiments your highschool teacher did with cheerios and caloric content, but a little more advanced.
