What specific parts of the Constitution make it "just a G-damned piece of paper" in Bush's eyes?

I thought of a few. Does anyone have examples or philosophy to add?

1.)Right to peacable assembely is gone if they aren't in the mood that day.(Seattle)

2.)Right to bear arms, gone when they feel like it.(New Orleans)

3.)Right to a speedy trial by jury gone if they apply subjective enemy combatant tag.

4.)Freedom of press gone, they aren't allowed to photograph or cover 600 FEMA concentration camps across the country.

5.)Seperation of powers gone. Bush signed secret unsovereign trade deals with Mexico and Canada vs. Constitutional requirement for Senate approval.

6.)Throw the 4th Amendment prohibiting illegal searches out the window with checkpoint searches, wiretaps, library oversight, e-mail oversight. Yes they have access to ALL your e-mails at the click of a button, phone records, and internet history all without probable cause.

Got to blame some one else, Dems wanted Dems in control of the senate and congress, they got it,  now look what happened and still happening under their majority.  Blame them not Bush or the Republicans, Dems ask for it , voted for it , now they got it and are destroying us one bill at a time. Like a lot of people do not understand that the war funding debt is not what is so high,it is all the pork barrel spending the dems has slipped  into the war funding bills.

It might help if you put some substance behind your accusations.

I'm not sure about #1.

#2, i suppose you're referring to martial law imposed after the hurricane? Don't you think that it's the duty of the National Guard to protect the property of individuals in that situation even though it may be worthless?

#3 Terrorists are not signatories to the Geneva Convention, but are enemies incarcerated because they were caught in the act of killing unarmed foreign civilians under our protection.

#4 I think that was Clinton that did that. Of course I could be wrong, but this process started with Reagan if you're referring to NAFTA. Of course that power resides with the president as the Constitution states.

#6 The only wiretaps that were even allowed were the ones that came from offshore. Some of the other allegations are suspect, but anything can be obtained through a warrant. The only requirement is that the warrant can only be for what is being sought. That's kind of a narrow path. If you want to check a lot of these out you would have to search pre-Bush.

I wonder if im on the list after all I speak out  about the fact that bush has set us up for a dictatorship , be sad when the greatest country on earth will be brought down due to a dictatorship .

Why not place more blame on the Democratic controlled House and Senate...they are more responsible for the economic, social and foreign policies of the USA, not the office of the President....

The Democratic majority congress approves all legislation.....Why are you blaming the republicans? Democrats compose the majority of our elected representatives. The powers of Congress and Senate far outweigh the powers of the executive branch....Blame your democratic senators and congressmen!!!
