What specifically is a Pacific Viper (Vipor?) Men's Bike? What is its value?

I'm looking to buy a used bike and see this is available for $95 but have never heard of brand and cannot find a picture on the web of this bike.

Pacific Bicycles are the largest TOY bicycle manufacturer. they own the licensing for Schwinn, Mongoose, and many of those bikes wearing Dodge, Jeep, Hummer nameplates. these bikes are worth more by weight at the scrapyard than they are as bicycles! this is a lousy deal. look for a used bike from a more reputable brand. visit your local bike shop to get some ideas. then check the classifieds.
