What specs on a moped affect how good it is at going up hills?

I'm looking for a good cheap new moped on the internet and am not sure what i'm looking for : (

IF your going for one DONT buy new.DONT buy cheep copys..BUY only know makes[honda/yamaha etc]...go for a cheep one,use it for a year...sell it then buy a cheep 125,pass your test and buy a big'n.....

you need to get a moped with a large engine like 49 cc but has a low top speed like 15 mph. this will make the moped heve good acceleration and good pulling power. it  will go slow bot it will go up a pretty steep hill. also if you can find a non-centrifugal clutch (hand operated) that will give you a little more pulling power.

Forget it: At 50cc, none of them are going to fly up any slope at all!
