What sport makes the best body?

I was watching the Olympic games on the tv and wondering which sport makes for the healthiest body.

They all look so fit and strong, hard to say which is best.

  1. volleyball, basketball, gymnastics, and swimming are around the best sports to be in top physical shape.


  2. I'd have to say the gymnists (sp?) have the best body for mens and the beach volleyball for the womens

  3. there are tons of athletes with great physiques in a variety of sports, so in that aspect best is rather subjective.  the range of body fat various across most sports.  take for example the female volleyball players they all have fantastic physiques but when compared to the female pole vaulters they have substantially more body fat.

  7. you have to be able to work out all your muscles. for example if you are a runner you have to keep your upper body fit too not just your legs. so it doesn't matter which sports you play you have to work all your muscles to keep fit.

  8. good question, id say gymnastics and running. swimming as well. I guess if you wanted to try them , you'd realistically stick with running and swimming.
