  1. swimming.

    lengths??? i cant tell you. i am 13 and i swim for 2 hours everyday on a team. you need to just do what you can...do and then just go faster every week. make your intervals faster.

    i kind of need to know how long u have been swimming. your times. how old you are and stuff like that. but swimming does broaden your shoulders...


  2. Swimming. Join a team or swim very often.

  3. idk about this.. but swimming also makes you taller.. also doing pull-ups

  4. water polo. and depending on your age, most coaches dont make you use weights. but why would you want really broad shoulders, it just makes walking through places hard without hitting things.
