What staff scheduling software should I use?

I run a company with 25 employees and I am looking for an efficient staff scheduling software which is easy to use. A good, clear structure is essential (so no Excel sheets, please). E-mail and text messaging function should be included as well. Do you have any good/bad experience with particular kinds of staff scheduling software? Why did you like it, why not? Any advice? Thanks in advance.

  1. Hi,

in my company, we use the ZePlanner and it works really well, since it's uncomplicated and has all necessary functions. You can download a free trial here: http://www.zeplanner.com which expires after 30 days. I think it's a very handy software for staff scheduling since it saves a lot of time and complicated planning and everything basically explains itself. Also, you have an E-mail and txt message function. It even has an order costing feature, which is quite practical if you want to plan the costs in advance. I can only recommend it.

    Cheers,

    Mats
