A strong concentration of fixed signs? The only one you are missing really is Taurus yet your Scorpio, Leo and Aquarius signs are way more than enough to be honest. You have a good mixture of Water and Fire signs with a few Earth and Air here and there.

Yeah, all the fixed stands out to me, too.

Now, I don't see the sensitivity so much initially, I see someone who likes to be in control of his surroundings very much. Someone whose discipline holds him back from really expressing that emotional side too easily. But someone who has a huge capacity for emotional, spiritual and creative expression. You like to keep your secrets, too, and you're a deep thinker. Takes a bit of effort to scratch the surface and see what's really inside when it comes to you. Pride in the emotional nature and in the loved ones. Generous and kind and affectionate and playful with the loved ones as well. As you've matured you've possibly let go of some of that emotional reserve.

What stands out is that you have a Cancer ascendant - no wonder you seem so caring.  Moon in the 1st house would also give you that appearance, but it is not as sensitive and vulnerable being in Leo - gives it more balance.  What else stands out is that you have a conjunction of Sun & Mercury & Neptune.  What else stands out is that Saturn is in Aquarius - nice place for it to be.  Venus & Mars is also conjunct.  

Laro, is your moon in the 2nd or 3rd house? So, you have Cancer on the cusp of the Ascendant @ 12.45 degrees and moon in Leo in the first @ 29.03 degrees - r u sure that your ASC is Cancer?  From the description of moon in the 1st, I believe that is correct, I am just questioning what is on the cusp of the Asc (Ascendant), otherwise known as the rising or 1st house in the east.

I know it is very confusing when first start looking at all these different pieces of information, but the more you study it, the easier it will get.  For now, don't worry about the degrees - the houses in which the planets are located is more important.

The lady Janet said it well and brought tears in my eyes . Saturn in Aquarius stands out because guess who is here. ME Aquarius. You must love to boil water because with all them fire signs, you are impulsive and energetic and you can even get burnt if you boil to much of that water. Then, the emotions light up and the intensity starts showing in your emotions.

What I first noticed was NEPTUNE RISING B4 THE SUN.  That is super strong Neptune influence.  Neptune is extremely sensitive to their environment and subject to all sorts of psychic maladies.

Then you look further at the intense aspects to Neptune and this person surely had something extreme happen to him when he was a kid!  Something not-so-nice. :-(
