that depends whether the cancer wants to be boss or not the boss in the relationship!  If Doesn't mind being bossed about then Aries, or Taurus!  If Cancer wants to be the boss then Saggitarius, Libra, Capricorn or Virgo.   Boss want to be Cancers should avoid those signs that want to be boss: Aquarius, Scorpio, Pisces,  some Geminis!  I'm Aquarius and I very much would want to be the boss.. the one in control!

i do not agree on water signs being together. simply cos they need balance.

we are moody, senstive and have no sense of order.

so you will need someone more stable and together to even out.

possibly Taurus they are amazingly supportive, caring yet very practical.
