  1. arizona is 5 months after you get your permit


  2. in NY you can get it right after your permit, but you'll be restricted to drive at night unless it's for work or school. the restriction is if you get your license within the 1st 6 months you received your permit. the restriction ends 6 months after you receive your permit. (this is for those getting a license under 18. i THINK you wont have a problem when this all happens at age 18+. I could be wrong though.

  4. Try this site but the way that I read it..it shows that maryland is only 14 days.........but I could be wrong....
