What state in the U.S or country fits me?

Question

1.i like that cold windy greycloudy weather similar before storms

2.cold.. got to be cold

3.lots of things to do

4.no hot weather no higher than 60 in the summer

Alaska would be your best bet.

Keep in mind that the further you go North the shorter daylight hours are. In mid winter it is virtually dark 24 hours, but on the flip side of that it's light 24 hours mid Summer.

So if you can put up with these light conditions the further you go North the more chance you have have not having any days over 60 in the Summer.

If you like to fish and hunt you couldn't ask for a better place.

There is NO state that does not get above 60 in the summertime...even Alaska is in the 70s.  You need to try Siberia, or maybe Lapland, northern parts of Scandanavia.  The New England states definetly get hot in the summer and Wash. and Oregon too.
