  3. I know that Colorado did in the 80's.  unsure now

  4. If you mean for screening police applicants, some do and some don't.

    I wouldn't take a job with any police agency that doesn't test its applicants.


  5. I think every state has a polygraph test...its not illegal anywhere, but it cant be used as sole evidence in court.
