What steak house is this??

i was watching the food channel on thursday march 26th and it was about steak places, and there was this one in new york

and everyone was saying the steak melts in their mouth. And it has like little grills on the tables.

Also they has steak that was uncooked that you can eat but it was like $100

and the resturant looked really nice

does anyone know what this resturant is called??
