Did you know that's theeeee riskiest way to go? Are you totally inlove with food and have passion for it or you're just not sure which way to go?  From the sound of it, you need to do a lot of market research, why does one area in London need the kind of food you will provide? You need a business plan, that's first, look up examples online, do comparative analyis, know all the restaurants, who they cater to, what they provide, who is getting how many stars, what is their service like, how much do people get paid, inspection, insurance plans, fire hazards, the law - it's a lot for any business so you need that extra thing like either passion to get you through all the details and grind and know you'll be like a slave to it so that will be your home, nobody escapes that schedule - there's a lot to think about, security systems, people stealing from you, the x variables, crime in the area, etc.....working with the community, showing up to people's events, holding or hosting parties, getting public and publicity, etc....people who seem to succeed have a theme and specialty, think of what that could be from you and remember people's names, make a website, will people be able to take things home, or any takeout at all? Will you serve liquor, or have a bar or any kind of entertainment - it's all different management and different laws involed with that.....keep researching
