  1. go on runs.

start by going 2-3 miles about 4-5 times a week.

the next week go 3-4 milees 4-5 times a week.

but each week keep making it mroe intense like run faster.

you will begin to get in really good shape!

it worked for me and the other stuff your doing will really help!

hope it helps and good luck! =)

  2. focus on one thing in front of you off into the distance. think on it so hard, you forget about the fact you are running. full out sprint. the entire time. you will then slaughter all of your records you've ever set. it takes a heII of a lot of practice to forget about running, though. i used to go as far as solving my 5x5 rubiks cube while running 5 miles to get a time of 15 minutes.

  3. Maintain your diet well! Don't eat c**p or all your hard work bwill be for naught.
