  1. clean up the port, maybe even offer some music/lounge type area to entice everyone to get off the boat.


  2. Limit street vendors

    Charge excursion prices without the constant begging for tips

    Make security less visable (somehow the guy on the roof of the building holding a semi automatic does not make me feel safer)
