What steps do to take to get my license if i already have my permit and i have driven my 40 practice hours?

it is almost been nine months after i got my permit but i dont know what to do next and how to get my license. Do i have to take driving classes or what i am not sure.

It really depends on the laws in the state in which you live. You may have to take a drivers training course or you may be able to schedule your driving test. Your best bet would be to call the local DMV and ask them about the requirements.

If you've already driven your practice hours you should be able to schedule your road test...but it really depends where you live.
