One option would be to create a makeshift alleyway, and use toy bowling balls and pins.

You could then place the activity in a non-commercial and controlled environment, such as a back yard or a unoccupied room, rather than a commercial bowling alley which may contain too many distractions and/or opportunities to act out inappropriately.

Or, you could negotiate the exclusive use of a bowling alley for an hour or two.
