I mostly shop at Forever 21. I go there every time i go to the mall! I found out about it by reading Seventeen magazine- they always have cute stuff from there in the magazine. Forever 21 is great because they're really inexpensive, their stuff is ADORABLE, and they have a huge selection. H&M is also a great store. Very similar to Forever 21.
