i go to tiger direct online.  it sells all sorts of electronics, like ipods, some of which are refurbished (used)  I got a 30g ipod for $150 and saved $75.  It worked fine and I still use it.  There were no scratches or anything, and i love it.

cheapest and still 100% new, then frys, I know some other online they have like new and cheap like 200 bucks or less, but I'm sure it's a scam. so. at frys they sell it for 10-15 dollars less. walmart and other electronic containing store sell around 3 bucks less.

TARGET. They sell very cheap ones. Don't go to those fancy electronic stores. They always have the most expensive ones.
