uhm what store would sell cheap couches or loveseats or sofas that is around the philadelphia area?

There is always the second hand stores.  You can find good quality and different styles.  Check the places that help different charities like Salv. Army, Goodwill, Domestic Violence Resale, Kids charities.  People will donate nice things to these causes and then when you buy you also contribute.
